Terms of Service
Effective: June 3, 2026 · Version 2026-06-03
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cadence CRM (“Cadence,” “we,” “us”) at crmcadence.com, including trial and paid subscriptions. By starting a trial or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Cadence CRM is a software platform for health insurance agents to manage contacts, pipeline, email, SMS, and related sales tools. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Trial and billing
New accounts may receive a 14-day trial of Cadence Pro. After the trial, continued access requires payment at the price shown at signup (currently $79/month unless otherwise stated). Billing is processed through our payment provider (Stripe). You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate signup information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share passwords or use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state insurance, and privacy rules)
- Send unsolicited spam or misrepresent your identity
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse the platform
- Use Cadence in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure
You are solely responsible for compliance when contacting leads and clients, including consent, opt-outs, and record-keeping.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of contact and business data you enter. You grant us permission to host, process, and back up that data to operate the service. We may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to improve Cadence.
6. Third-party services
Cadence integrates with providers such as email (SMTP), Twilio (voice/SMS), Stripe (billing), and others you configure. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and fees.
7. Disclaimer
Cadence is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific sales results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadence and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Cadence by canceling your subscription and ceasing login. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
