Who is Cadence for?
Cadence is built for independent Health Insurance Agents, Brokers and small agencies selling private health insurance, ACA, Medicare, and related products in the United States. More verticals may come later; health insurance is our focus today.
What’s included in the 14-day trial?

How much does it cost after the trial?
Cadence Pro is $79 per month for everyone. One plan, one price — no per-seat surprises for solo agents.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes you can. There is no contract or commitment of any kind.
Do I need to set up my own phone number or SMS account?
No. A dedicated business phone number is automatically assigned to your account when you sign up — included with your subscription, no extra setup required. SMS and calling work out of the box. For email, you'll connect your own SMTP or email provider (Gmail, Google Workspace, etc.).
Does Cadence have AI features?
Yes — Cadence includes a built-in AI assistant powered by Claude that writes emails, scores leads, suggests automations, and summarizes your pipeline. You'll need an Anthropic API key to use AI features (takes about 5 minutes to set up).
What CRMs does Cadence replace?
Most agents come to Cadence from spreadsheets, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel. Cadence replaces your CRM, email tool, SMS platform, and drip campaign builder in one place — at a fraction of the cost.
Do you offer onboarding help?
Yes — after you sign up, we'll help you get your contacts imported, your first drip campaign running, and your email connected. Most agents are fully set up within one business day.
Can I use my current personal or business phone number?
A dedicated business phone number is automatically assigned to your account when you sign up — no setup required. For calls, you can forward inbound calls from your Cadence number to your personal AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile phone. Texts always send from your Cadence business number.
Can I transfer all of my current contacts and leads?
Yes, of course. Simply upload them from a .CSV file.
Is there anything to install?
No desktop software. Cadence runs in your browser. We’ll help you get your account set up after you sign up for a trial.
